My upcoming book titled ‘Pedals and Perspectives’ is a collection of short stories about the pursuit of truth, beauty, and meaning. Apropos the title, the stories in the book talk about the value of slow, open-ended travel on a bicycle.
It is written with the spirit of sharing the joy of bicycle touring with anyone who seeks education, inspiration, and transformation through the experience of travel.

The book features the author, the animated bicycle christened ‘Mowgli’ and the many friends they both make on the road while on their bicycle tour through Thailand, Nepal, Bhutan, and India. It is a collection of 34 vividly illustrated stories, marked by their simplicity, heart, and honesty. Alive with anecdotes, the collection addresses deeply human questions about acceptance, age, beauty, courage, humility, health, mindfulness, miracles, compassion, karma, kindness, the gift of friendship, the meaning of home, through the lens of a beautiful perspective that’s only found on this slow, pedal-powered journey through time and space.
